Conflict is a fact of life

It affects our relationship with our partners, children, parents and work colleagues.

At Conflict Solutions, we recognise that working through conflict is difficult. We have developed the necessary Mediation environment for resolving your conflict. Our mediators believe in creating a neutral environment of listening with respect, where clients can talk openly in the knowledge that they can achieve the best possible outcome.

What types of conflict do we handle?

  • Changes in the current economic climate affect all spectrums of the workplace, often causing high degrees of stress.
  • Deadlines in the workplace can bring about conflict among colleagues, in some cases leading to bullying and harassment.
  • People can feel undermined with no voice.

Mediation reduces the stress and cost of unresolved workplace disputes. It allows parties to express how they feel without the fear of being put on record.

We provide a safe, private and positive environment while mediating all types of family disputes;

One area of Family mediation focuses on helping couples ending a relationship to reach an agreement across the wide range of issues involved in a separation or divorce. If the couple have children we work with them to form a suitable parenting plan.

This includes helping them to have a dignified relationship towards their children’s futures, also including all financial and child care arrangements.
